Marblehead home sales range from $385,000 to $2.8 million in July
Marblehead recorded 15 property deed transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, with nine disclosing a sale price ranging from $385,000 to $2,814,000 and a median of $930,000. The month's top sale was 10 Naugus Ave Lot F1, which sold for $2,814,000 on July 31 from GHP 10 Naugus Avenue LLC to Jacob Abdolmohammadi. Four sales topped $1 million. Six of the 15 transfers -- 40 percent of the total -- were moves into trusts or between family members and did not report a price, limiting how completely the period's market value can be assessed from the available data.
